Then we've got Friday morning Hatha - 9.30am in Miners Rest at the Community Hall.
Following that, at 11.30am on Friday we have Chair Yoga starting up! If you have a mat, you can bring it, but we'll be focusing our session on the chair, so it won't be necessary to have one.
