This year has seen much of the same stop-start as the previous two! But we've been back into the swing of regular classes for a month now, and I'm cautiously optimistic that this is the new normal!
In saying that, we do have a public holiday coming up so people can watch a horse race. I won't be partaking, but I will be taking advantage of the occasion to take a night off. In truth, my parents arrive from the UK at 6am the next day, so I want to head down to meet them.
So please pop in your diary that there will be no yoga on Tuesday 1st November. I know it's a little while away, so I'll remind you again closer to the date.
