In light of concerns over the potential for transmission of Covid-19 to those vulnerable in our community, I have made the very difficult decision to temporarily suspend yoga classes.
We're working on a plan to provide live-streaming sessions, so watch this space. In the meantime, the wonderful team at Absolute Yoga in Ballarat are offering these, plus videos you can sign up for and practice along with at any time. Head to www.absoluteyoga.com.au to learn more.
This is not an easy decision. It means not only a financial loss for myself, plus a loss for the community halls we hire, but also the loss of yet another place where people can connect and find support. Please continue to support local businesses and each other.
